Concert to raise money for diabetes research

ImageAlthough it’s still hot here in Jacksonville, September is practically here!  It brings the beginning of fall and also the San Marco Chamber Music Society’s annual benefit concert to benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation! 

 
This year we are happy to have French hornist Chris Dwyer,pianist Scott Watkins, and baritone Hugh Patterson join us for a wonderful concert of Bach, Herzogenberg, Eccles, and Clarke.  Regulars Eric Olson, oboe and Ellen Olson, viola will perform a world premiere opening piece by Jacksonville composer Gary Smart.
 
Admission is free and a free will offering will be taken to benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
Please come and enjoy!  Help us eradicate type 1 diabetes!!!
